Heather Aoun, PA-C, is the founder of Esti & Co. and a seasoned medical professional with over 15 years of experience in Internal and Emergency Medicine. A U.S. Army veteran, visionary entrepreneur, and mother of four, Heather created Esti & Co. with a clear mission: to build a supportive, collaborative space where estheticians don’t just work — they thrive.

Blending her deep medical expertise with an artistic eye, Heather brings precision, creativity, and compassion to everything she does. As an experienced aesthetic injector, she is known for achieving beautifully natural and balanced results that enhance her clients’ confidence and features. Her transition into aesthetic medicine was a natural evolution, rooted in her passion for beauty, wellness, and helping others feel empowered from the inside out.

Heather is also a multi-talented creator — from designing one of the world’s top-rated escape rooms to curating elevated spaces that inspire. As Lead Aesthetician and Lead Trainer at Esti & Co., Destinee DiGiovanni brings over a decade of experience in skincare, advanced aesthetics, and permanent makeup. With a deep passion for helping both clients and fellow estheticians succeed, Destinee plays a key role in setting the standard for excellence, education, and results within the Esti & Co. community.

Her advanced training in therapeutic massage techniques enhances every treatment, blending intuitive touch with cutting-edge skincare for a deeply restorative experience. As a licensed Advanced Aesthetician and skilled permanent makeup artist, she specializes in customized facials, ombré brows, and holistic treatments — always with a preference for vegan-friendly and organic products whenever possible.
